Airbana’s Free SMS’s Now Available World Wide
Posted by Gareth Llewellyn, under AirbanaThe Airbana SMS service that allows you to send information about a site to your phone for free is now available to all mobile phone networks, world wide!
Simply click the preferences button at the top right of your local Airbana site and enter your mobile phone number in international format (44 1234 456789) and when you click the “send all this info as an SMS” link in the map view or the Envelope icon in the list view, Airbana will send an SMS to your phone with information like the phone number, address, GPS co-ordinates etc.
The Airbana Shortcode service is still only available in the United Kingdom. To use this service just send an SMS to 83010 with the text AIRBANA SiteName or AIRBANA PostCode to get information about an Airsoft site or Sites within 40 miles of the postcode.
Airbana will never send you unsolicted SMS’s nor will it pass your information onto third parties.
